Kabocha koroke :D my lover and best friend, I just LOVE it! Other than the sake mojito, this is what I HAVE to order E-V-E-R-Y S-I-N-G-L-E T-I-M-E!!

My god mom bought me 10 packs of these things from Hong Kong last time she came to visit (since T&T is so ex$pensive) and I finished it in two weeks with my sister :D I miss her... and those seaweed chip things... sigh Asian snacks :(

These crepes WERE HEAVENLY! My mom's friend's son made them and it was like those cooking shows on food network :D. The syrup was made with ORANGE BRANDY meaning flames in a kitchen :D:D. But seriously, I think I am more than willing to sit through another boring adult dinner for these.

Last picture: it's the first cake I made for my now-boyfriend, I made it because he kept helping with calculus... don't think I would have past if he wasn't there to help me :(. And I had to make my friend a cake anyways so it's like killing two birds with one stone (the one I made for my boyfriend it the mini me, my friends had the humongous 9 inch one). But personally, I liked mini me more... it's so cute :D. But then there's a crack in the middle and then i covered it with jam :D. I miss my baking days, they were the best. This is why I'm contemplating whether or not I should apply for Michael's because employees get to learn the wilton cake decorating classes for free... and I already did course 1 and 2 ( really want to go do fondant classes).
In case you were wondering: this is the recipe I used. I LOVE bakerella, her cake pops look so good and she rocks my socks! I don't have a food processor so I "employed" my brother's arm to mash up the graham crackers... I felt bad, but he's always so mean to me so it's all good :D. Another thing I tried to make from Bakerella's site was the lemon squares... equally good, super easy to make and well liked at a barbecue last year.
Off topic but what's up with the weather, it's so bipolar!!
