Double post!

Anywho, my boyfriend and I re-visited one of the places close to our house for a quick lunch, I didn't really notice the name of the place last time but it's called Quickbite. We've been here because we pass by this place on a regular basis via public transit. It's on Marine Dr. and Fraser St., across from the complex with Panos (GREAT greek food at happy prices :D) and that old Asian place. There's a slight re-vamp as compared to our first time: they now have those slurpee machines (2 flavours only ... and no we didn't get any).
Now onto the food:
Well, there's a promotion going on and ALL wraps are buy one get one half off!! So we got two wraps for ~$8 bucks and butter chicken for $6.99.
*Note: boyfriend order a beef and he wanted it in super (~$5) and I ordered a small chicken (~$2).
The super that my boyfriend bought had A TON of beef in it!!! Literally from his first bite to his last, all I saw was beef and more beef.
I only had a small, but the amount of filling was more than enough. Of course nothing like the super boyfriend had.
Because we didn't want to eat in the store and I parked across the street infront of Panos (which is closed on Mondays :(! ), we went down and along E Kent to Gladstone Park ... it's not really a park but it's by Fraser River and the scenery is pretty. Perfect location to test out my sister's camera! After our little adventure, we headed to boyfriend's place because it's two minutes closer than my house to demolish the butter chicken.
So the butter chicken? It's not like any other butter chicken I had before:
- it was not spicy... at all
- it had more of a tomato-y taste to it
but I still liked it, so did boyfriend. My fave butter chicken comes from this pizza place in the strip mall I frequent because of work. Where is this place? Well it's on Knight and 49th where the KFC is (usually when I tell people KFC they know where it is) and frankly I don't look at signs enough to tell you the name of this place :P LOL. *** PLEASE do not go to the one on victoria dr and 49th, I personally found this place to be REALLY sketchy. ***
